How To Get A Local Public Park In Rochester

Idea #1:

Technically, we already have playgrounds built. In the schools, and the boys and girls club. All we have to do is expand them and make them public.

Idea #2:

Actually, near my home, there are quite a few empty lots, all it would take is for someone to come over, buy the lots, and build a park, though I have been hoping for something better than just a park, and if they do build a park, I want it be a very good park, swings slides, wooden teeter-totters so I can watch small children get a ton of splinters on the death contraption and also, a carousel, I have never played on one, and I want to see how horrible they actually are

This idea may sound a bit offensive, but hear me out. MOVE TO A BETTER CITY THAN BACKWATER CENTRALIA!
